Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Sells 3.3 Million Copies In 33 Days, Proving 33 Is The New Magic Number

Thirty-three days after release, Sandfall Interactive and Kepler Interactive’s widely praised RPG, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, has sold 3.3 million units. That’s a lot of 3s.

The news was confirmed by an X post on the game’s official account. Despite the possibility of sorcery being used to conjure such an odd occurrence, it’s likely down to the fact that the RPG is a bona fide hit. We at PSX Extreme were massive fans in our review of the game, calling it a “Masterpiece.”

Have you tried out the hugely praised RPG? Are you starting to believe the number 33 may be twice the magic of 3? Be sure to let us know in the comments below.
